Details:
- The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the installation of a flat top speed table, at Manse Road, Bearsden.
- At the Place Neighbourhood & Corporate Assets Committee meeting on 11 August 2022, Members requested a Technical Note providing details of the Traffic Order necessary for the installation of the speed table. Specifically, Members requested an update in relation to the timescales for the Traffic Order.
- Promotion of the proposed Order has commenced and the Order was in the public domain for submission of objections and/or comments by 12 September 2022. Any objections received will be reviewed and officers will engage with the objectors. In the event that any objections are maintained a Traffic Management Appeal Board will be scheduled.
- In the event of no maintained objections, or following consideration of any maintained objections by a Traffic Management Appeals Board, a further report will be submitted to a future meeting of the Place Neighbourhood & Corporate Assets Committee.
