This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Member. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

Details:

1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the Civic Government Appeals Board (CGAB) meeting scheduled for 19th September 2022.

2. The 19th September is a Public Holiday for the State Funeral of Her Majesty the Queen. Accordingly, the meeting of the CGAB scheduled for the 19th September 2022 will not go ahead.

3. A cancellation notice will be issued and the meeting removed from Members diaries.

4. Officers are currently reviewing the business scheduled for the Board on 19th September. In the event that there are any time critical matters then the Depute Clerk will liaise with the Convener. Otherwise, the next scheduled meeting of the Civic Government Appeals Board is 31st October 2022 and it is expected that this meeting will take place.
