School Transport Provision for New Term - Update

Details:
- We advised councillors in Technical Note 123 on Wednesday of issues with a number of school transport contracts at the start of term on Wednesday, 17 August.
- We can confirm that a contract is now in place for the route to Milngavie Primary School from Monday, 22 August.
- We continue to work with our contractor, but have not yet been able to secure contracts for the following schools:
School Route/Pickup Points St Matthew’s Primary School Bishopbriggs North - Brackenbrae Route St Nicholas’ Primary School Westerton/Baljaffray - The School transport arrangements page on the Council website has been updated and the parents at each of the schools are being contacted directly with the latest update.
