Details:
Following a successful procurement exercise, Gerald Eve have been appointed to lead on the marketing of Kelvinbank Resource Centre, Kirkintilloch. The site will be surplus to requirements later in 2022 once the new Allander Leisure and Day Care Centre is completed. Gerald Eve have vast experience in successfully marketing and disposing large development opportunities for their clients.
The marketing exercise will commence late June 2021. A copy of the marketing brochure is attached herewith. As part of the marketing exercise, a “For Sale” sign will be erected on Kilsyth Road, Kirkintilloch.
