1. The purpose of this technical note is update Members of housekeeping matters in advance of the forth coming cycle of meetings.
2. Members will be aware that there a series of meetings are scheduled to take place from tomorrow through to the end of June. Members will also be aware that the last formal governance meeting took place on 30th March ( Pre Determination Hearing and subsequent special Meeting of Council).
3. A number of ICT and security updates have been issued since 30th March and these will require to be loaded on to laptops in advance of tomorrow’s Planning Board meeting in order to avoid difficulties with logging into laptops or joining the meeting itself.
4. If any Member has not used their Council laptop in the last week or so, they are advised to switch it on and log-in, well in advance of tomorrow’s Planning Board meeting. This will enable any outstanding updates to be loaded and provide sufficient time in the event that support is required from officers in ICT.
