Details:
- The purpose of this technical note is update Members in relation to the meeting of the Policy & Resources Committee scheduled to take place on 3rd June 2021.
- Following discussions between the Chief Executive and the Convener of the Policy & resources Committee, it is intended to cancel the meeting of the Committee scheduled for 3rd June 2021. This is due to a lack of business. Any Report which would otherwise have been submitted to the Policy & Resources Committee for consideration will now be submitted to the meeting of Council scheduled for 17th June 2021.
- A new diary of meetings for Council and Committees will be submitted to Council for approval on 17th June 2021. The proposed diary includes dates for the Policy & Resources Committee through to the local government elections in May 2022.
- Members recently received a Technical Note to which was appended a list of completed actions from the Policy & Resources Committee Outstanding Business Statement. There are few remaining actions on the Policy & Resources Committee OBS and these will be updated for the first meeting of the Committee post recess. In addition, updates on specific matters will be issued by Technical Note as appropriate.
