Details:

1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the Civic Government Appeals Board meeting scheduled for 13^th September 2021.

2. The Chief Solicitor & Monitoring Officer has advised that there are currently no applications at a stage where they are ready for presentation to the Board for determination. Following consultation with the Convener of the Civic Government Appeals Board, a decision has been taken to cancel the meeting scheduled for 13^th September 2021.

3. A cancellation notice will be issued and the meeting will be removed from Members’ diaries.

4. The next scheduled meeting of the Civic Government Appeals Board is 25^th October 2021 and it is expected that this meeting will take place.
