Provost Renwick was transported back to the 1950s today as she enjoyed a five-star performance of Grease the musical by the stars of Creative Spark [opens in a new window] at the Fort Theatre in Kirkintilloch. The Kirkintilloch-based Community Arts charity brought Danny and Sandy to life with a full supporting cast belting out the movie classics and mastering the iconic dance moves.
Provost Renwick said, “This show was brilliant and the performers just exuded talent, energy and enthusiasm. Their enjoyment was clear to see and they gave the audience a show to remember. I’d like to thank them for inviting me and putting a huge smile on my face.”
