Here is a selection of the latest projects we have been working on, along with some forthcoming works.  East Dunbartonshire Council is grateful to Sustrans, Transport Scotland, Paths for All, Cycling Scotland and SPT for the support and funding to enable us to complete these works.

2016

  • Safer Routes to School - St Ninian's Path Upgrade, Kirkintilloch

2017

  • Safer Routes to School – Lenzie Meadow Path and Meadowburn Steps Upgrade - providing greater accessibility to Meadowburn Primary School
  • Healthy Habits Initiative expanded to Milton and Campsie and Lennoxtown – maps available here
  • Stockiemuir Core Path Upgrade - linking Stockiemuir Road with Drymen Road and Bailie Drive (behind Bearsden Ski Club)
  • Twechar Path Upgrade
