Provenance of our Food
All the meat we use can be traced back to the farm. Our beef comes from Perthshire and Speyside in Scotland. All other meat products are from British reared animals and farm assured to ensure sustainable, quality produce.
Our fish is all of MSC standard which ensures that it comes from a sustainable supply. Our main sources of fish are the North Sea, the west coast of Scotland and Alaska.
Our vegetables and fruit come from local suppliers. We use fair trade products wherever possible.
During the school year East Dunbartonshire schools will be participating in various theme days. If your child's school is taking part, posters will be on display in the school.
Special Diets and allergen information
If your child requires a special diet eg gluten free, dairy free etc, please arrange for their Specialist Diet Referral form to be sent to the school so that appropriate catering arrangements can be made.
