Provost's Charity Raffle 2019
Provost Alan Brown is raffling two Turkish Airlines tickets from Edinburgh to anywhere in the world on the Turkish Airlines network of 300 worldwide destinations.
Raffle tickets cost £5 each and the draw will take place on Friday 22 November 2019 at the Civic Office Marina HQ in Kirkintilloch. Prize must be booked by Monday 16 December 2019 and can be used anytime up to December 2020.

Airline Tickets Raffle - Terms & Conditions
The flights offer is subject to availability and may exclude travel during peak periods. As peak periods differ depending on the destination, flexibility with the travel dates may be required. The booking of the prize tickets must be completed before 1 December 2019 with the first leg of the journey commencing within 350 days of the date of booking. The carrier for all flights must be Turkish Airlines. The first departure point and the final return point must be Edinburgh Airport and the destination must be one where Turkish Airlines has scheduled flights at the time of booking. In the event that the selected flights at the time of booking are subsequently unavailable for travel for any reason, another destination and/or date of travel must be selected.
Entrants must be 18 or over and only the person named as the prize winner is eligible to redeem the prize. The tickets are not eligible for cash redemption, cannot be re-sold and name changes are not permitted after the issuance. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree to be contacted by Turkish Airlines for the purposes of prize delivery as well as to seek permission to use your full name in order to announce the winner's details through public media.
Flights will need to be redeemed by emailing edi.marketing@thy.com by 16 December 2019. All flights are subject to Turkish Airlines General Conditions of Carriage as updated and amended from time to time.
Any flights not used once booked shall result in the prize being forfeited; the winner is responsible for their own passport and visa requirements and the passport and visa requirements of any person who travels with them; travel insurance, accommodation and transfers are NOT included in the prize.
The decision of Turkish Airlines is final.
