Please use this form to report a pest issue. We aim to respond to you within two working days. If you submit this form out of working hours our officers will not receive any reports until the next working day.

Please note:

Pest Control do not cover issues with mice outside of house, birds, bats, bees or foxes. Please contact a private pest control contractor for these jobs.

In respect of calls for wasps please provide as much information in the form as possible as to where the nest is located at your property (eg. whether inside or outside) and at what height and whether access can easily be gained by officers attending to treat. Also please note that if the issue is within the garden area and access can easily be gained it may not be necessary for us to make contact with you prior to us attending.

In regards to calls for rats please provide as much information as to where these have been seen.

There is a £40 Non-refundable Call Out Fee for 1st visit (whether treatment carried out or not). This may also apply if the Pest Control Officer cannot gain access to property when arranged.
