1 Start 2 Page 2 3 Complete Information If you are unable to put your wheeled bins and/or your food waste caddy out for collection because of your age, poor health or a disability, we may be able to help. All residents must be 75 or over; OR be between the ages of 16 and 74 and not physically able to leave your bins and/or food caddy at the kerbside. On your collection days, we will assist you with your waste. All bins and containers must be stored in an accessible location at the front or side of the property, bins cannot be at the back or through gates. This service is free of charge. We aim to have the full service fully implemented within 4 weeks. Please note: We reserve the right to request documentary proof, for example a medical certificate, in order to ensure eligibility.
