To apply for a new National Entitlement Card online please visit getyournec.scot. If for any reason you cannot apply online please continue with this enquiry form.

This form is for any enquiries relating to National Entitlement Cards, including Young Person's NEC.  Please note that you may be required to attend an appointment at a Community Hub to provide supporting documents.

• Apply for a new National Entitlement Card
• Request a replacement National Entitlement Card
• Add free bus travel to a National Entitlement Card
• Removal of free bus travel from a National Entitlement Card
• Make a change/update information on a National Entitlement Card

Parents/Carers/Guardians will have to submit enquiries on behalf of children aged 15 and under. Those 16 and over can make enquires for themselves.
