East Dunbartonshire Council HSCP provided a start-up fund of £35,000 from the Self Directed Support Implementation budget and EDC gifted the pagoda building from where the charity operates
Men's Sheds are community workshops where men can go to work on their own projects, socialise or work together with other men on communal projects. The concept first emerged in Australia about 15 years ago and there are now 1400 worldwide.
