Lenzie Moss Park Management consultation

lenzie moss with a tree to the right and dark clouds in the backgrouindA management plan for Lenzie Moss is being created in order for the Council to effectively manage the site for both open space activities, such as walking and enjoying the natural environment, and also to manage this richly biodiverse area for wildlife.

The Council has commissioned Heritage Ecological Ltd. (HEL) to prepare a 10-year Management Plan for Lenzie Moss, and we are seeking the views of residents on your aspirations for future management to enhance the biodiversity value as well as recreational and educational use.

A drop-in event will be held in Lenzie Old Parish Church on Tuesday 2 April 2024 from 3pm-8pm where people can talk to the consultants regarding the content of the management plan.

If you are unable to make the event then you can still help by completing the short survey below. The consultation is open from Tuesday 19 March until Tuesday 16 April 2024.

This project has been funded by the Scottish Government Nature Restoration Fund.
