Congratulations to Ken and Emily Sime from Kirkintilloch who celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary on Saturday 27 February 2021. The blushing bride and handsome groom are pictured here on their wedding day in 1971 and again in more recent times. Although covid restrictions meant there was no large scale celebration, Provost Alan Brown sent the happy couple a card and flowers together with his best wishes for their special day.
