Connect- ED
Connect-ED is a free monthly drop-in session for anyone aged over 50 living in East Dunbartonshire, connecting you with the information you need to live the life you want. We are here to signpost local groups and services; guiding you to where you want to be. Not sure you need any support just now? Why not take our assessment to see if we can help.
Our ability to do daily activities declines with age. At Connect-ED find out about some of the things that help keep your mind and body healthier and stronger for longer. These are your sessions, so come along and tell us what matters to you.
