Emotions were running high at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall last night as our talented young musicians and singers raised the roof at the first East Dunbartonshire Schools Christmas Gala Concert since 2019.
Hundreds of children from the Secondary Schools Orchestra, Primary Schools Choir, Children's Chorus, Gaelic Unit of Meadowburn Primary School, Merkland and Campsie View Schools, Youth Choir and Schools Pipe Band played to a packed auditorium
Provost Renwick was in the audience and said, "It's a five star review from me! I was blown away by the depth of talent on display. It was clear how hard everyone had worked to get everything just right. Each and every one of our young people shone last night and they should be very proud - I know I was."
