Following a robust recruitment and selection process, I am delighted to confirm that the Policy & Resources sub-committee has appointed Ann Davie as the Council’s next Chief Executive Officer.
Ann is our current Depute Chief Executive and she will transition into the role over the coming weeks, officially taking up her new appointment on my retirement in January.
I’m sure you will all join me in congratulating Ann on her appointment and wish her well as she steers the Council forward in the Chief Executive role in the new year.
