Following the inclusion of East Dunbartonshire Council area in the West of Scotland local Covid-19 Outbreak, the Council website has been updated to collate all the relevant information from Scottish Government, NHS Public Health and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in one centralised place.
The Local Coronavirus Outbreak Page has been linked to the Coronavirus information banner at the top of all pages on the Council website, including the homepage.
The page in includes:
- Scottish Government information on the restrictions now in place for the East Dunbartonshire area
- Information for those formerly Shielding
- Information for schools on Covid-19 including NHS, Government and Council letters issued to parents covering the following:
- Testing
- Covid-19 symptoms
- FAQs for when a positive case arises in school
The further restrictions in East Dunbartonshire have been introduced to control the spread of COVID-19. Please ensure you are aware of and follow the measures in place to reduce the number of cases in this area and manage this local outbreak.
