Provost Brown raised the Commonwealth Flag outside the Council's Marina HQ today to mark Commonwealth Day. In flying the flag, East Dunbartonshire joined all those celebrating under the theme of 'Commonwealth Delivers'. People across the globe in 53 countries today celebrate the vast diversity and strong unity of the Commonwealth.
