Provost Gillian Renwick with the youth ambassadorsProvost Renwick, said, “It was an honour to present the first ever Bishopbriggs Youth Ambassadors with a certificate of distinction and to personally thank them for all their hard work in representing the young people of Bishopbriggs during their time in office.  They have been excellent ambassadors and have set the bar high for the three Thomas Muir pupils who have picked up the baton.

“However, the new ambassadors have been selected for their energy, commitment and talents and have already been putting their own stamp on things.  They have their first official engagement in the diary already; officially launching the Summer Reading Challenge in Bishopbriggs library.  I look forward to meeting the new ambassadors again soon and finding out what other engagements they plan for the year ahead.”
