Welcome to the Council’s interactive mapping service

A selection of links are provided below. Using the LocalView system you can interact with maps of East Dunbartonshire. You can pinpoint features on the map or find features nearby by searching for your address, postcode, town or street.

Getting started

LocalView has been designed to ensure a simple user interface. Information is presented in two levels on the left hand side of the screen. 'Local Information' (near your location) and 'Map Features' (features pertaining to a service). For help getting started please refer to the LocalView User Guide (pdf) (4.04Mb).
