Submit Planning Applications
Please visit ePlanning Scotland to
submit house holder and non-householder Planning
Applications. From this site it is possible to submit an
application to any planning authority in Scotland or lodge an
appeal with the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals
(DPEA). The website is user friendly and guides you through
each step in the process, including the addition of an optional
Ordinance Survey map. The site prevents you from making any
basic errors that can often cause planning applications to be
rejected. Every application that is made is given a unique
reference number that allows you to return to the application at
your leisure. For Agents, the site includes special
functionality to aid your delivery of multiple
applications.
If you would like to obtain further information before
submitting an application then please consult the general
planning information pages.
View, Track and Comment on Planning
Applications
To view and track planning applications please visit the
Search
Planning Application page. This allows anyone to access
and view planning application details and make a comment on
non-decided applications. Please note that
comments are not responded to individually, but form part of the
assessment of the application. By registering on the
site you can also save your searches and furthermore you can
receive an email notification when the search results change, for
example you can receive an email when a valid application is
submitted for an address on your street.
