The Head of Finance and ICT reports directly to the
Director of Corporate and Customer
Services. He is the Council's Chief Finance Officer and holds
Section 95 responsibilities for the conduct of all of the Council's
financial affairs.
Functions Include:
- Corporate and Directorate Finance (Accountancy, Budgeting,
Creditors Payments, Treasury Management and Insurance)
- Revenue and Benefits Services (Council Tax billing and
Collection, Housing Benefits, Non Domestic Rates, Service Debts,
Employee Payments)
- ICT Services (Business Applications, Infrastructure
services)
- Audit and Risk (Internal Audit, Risk Management, Information
Security and Business Continuity)
- Corporate Procurement - Procurement Strategy and Development,
Policies and Procedures, Advice and Guidance, Tendering and
Contracts
Service Management Team
