Director of Corporate and Customer Services

Diane CampbellDiane Campbell, Director for Corporate and Customer Services, reports directly to the Chief Executive and holds corporate responsibilities for:

  • Customer relations
  • Workforce planning
  • Partnership working and sourcing alternative investment

She is also the Council's Monitoring Officer.

The services delivered by this directorate include:

  • Legal and Democratic Services
  • Finance and ICT
  • Customer Relations and Organisational Development
