The Housing Service has introduced a complaints procedure to
give you the opportunity to get things put right if you are not
satisfied with the quality of service you have received. It also
helps us to monitor the quality of service we provide so that we
can continue to improve it.
Anyone who requests or receives a service provided by Housing and
Protective Services can use the complaints procedure. This
includes:
- East Dunbartonshire Council tenants
- members of the public looking for information about our
organisation
- housing applicants
- owner-occupiers living within our estates
- residents of neighbouring properties or commercial
premises
- contractors working within our estates
- housing association tenants and private sector tenants who
receive Housing Benefit
- owner-occupiers who receive Council Tax Benefit
We aim to resolve the majority of complaints at an early
stage.
You can download a copy of the Housing Complaints Procedure from
this web page or, if you would like further information, please
email Housing or contact your
