East Dunbartonshire Council operates a Customer Contact Centre providing you with a single point of contact to handle all types of service enquiries and transactions.

If you have an enquiry, it's easier than ever to get in touch with us by phone, email, in person and by post. No matter how you choose to contact us, you can expect efficient, effective and helpful service.

	You can call our Customer Services team on 0300 123 4510 which is open for business Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  After hours you will be directed to press "1" to report emergencies.
	Customer Service Agents operating  from the new Community Hub at William Patrick Library in Kirkintilloch will also be able to assist you with requests for services and information - and if they can't, they'll find someone who can.
	You can email customerservices@eastdunbarton.gov.uk to enquire about any of our services.
	If you have hearing difficulties, you can contact the Council Customer Contact Centre by telephone, using Text Relay (previously known as Typetalk). Our operators are trained to take calls through this service.  To find out more about Text Relay visit the website at http://www.textrelay.org/.
	You can find information, report issues and apply, pay and book services on-line through the Council's website.
	You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Customers please note that whilst we welcome comments on our Twitter/Facebook pages we are not currently able to respond individually to comments submitted via this method.
